Vampire Diaries back on our screens

I know this is a few days late, but oh well. Vampire Diaries made it back onto our screens this week, and I couldn’t be any happier.

It filled that Vampire, Werewolf, Ghost hole in the pit of my stomach – as much as I enjoy the Twilight series, Vampire Diaries is so much better, fact.

So, what’s going on then? Well, Stefan is off with Claus after saving brother Damon from his werewolf bite. Elena is missing Stefan and celebrating her 18th birthday. Damon is trying his best to get Elena to fall in love with him, with no avail. (But he has won her in real life, they make the hottest couple.) Jeremy is seeing ghost of his girlfriends past, after he died and was brought back to life. Bonnie is off at her father’s. Matt is getting stoned to get to grips with all of the supernatural stuff. Caroline and Tyler are pretending to be friends and stay away from the bedroom, again with no avail. And poor Rick, he’s trying to cope with the loss of Jenna and helping Damon search for Stefan.

All-in-all it was a great first episode, that pulled at the heart strings. Stefan ‘unknown call’ to Elena at the end, she knew it was him and told him it would all be OK. Very emotional stuff. And then the cliffhanger for the next episode, after Caroline and Tyler have slept together, she tries to sneak out, only his mother catches her. Just as she’s leaving the house, she’s shot in the back with vervain. I can’t wait for next week.

Robert Pattinson Reckons He’ll Die At 30

Robert Pattinson has been out of the headline for a few weeks now, so what’s he gone and done? Oh, only announced that he reckons he’ll be dead by the time he’s 30. Great.

According to Rob, the fact that he’s already done so much wonderful stuff in his live already probably means that he hasn’t got long left to live. Hmm, great theory Bob.
The Twilight star has said; “I guess I just thought if too many good things happen, then you’re going to die at 30. Yeah, so probably, I’m going to die at 30. Actually, it’s God saying, ‘Hey, you shouldn’t have asked for too much’.”

Erm, as much as we love (and fancy the pants off) the Vampire-y one, we think this is a pretty dumbass thing for him to be saying, I mean a bit of success doesn’t always equal death you know….

Eclipse Clip

Are you ready for Twilight fever to sweep the globe once again? Yes we have only just recovered from Edward and Jacob fever after the release of New Moon back in November and the third instalment of the franchise is here.

Yes it’s only a handful of weeks now and Eclipse will finally be here – have you got your tickets yet? And in true FemaleFirst style we have a clip for to take a sneak peak at.

In Eclipse, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge.

In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf.

With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.

So what is it to be Team Edward or Team Jacob? Eclipse is released 9th July. Take a look at the clip from the movie:

It’s fair to say that the excitement surrounding the new Twilight Saga movie Eclipse is beginning to grow.

Yes Twilight fever is on the verge of gripping the world once more, the New Moon DVD is flying off the shelves.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are back as lovers Bella Swan and Edward Cullen for the third instalment of their love story.

Taylor Lautner is also back as Jacob Black and hope to throw a spanner in the works and steal Bella away.

Meet The Volturi

Ok all you New Moon fans we have yet another little treat for you as we get a first look at the Volturi.

Bristish actor Michael Sheen takes on the role of Aro while Dakota Fanning and Cameron Bright are Jane and Alec.

While Justine Wachsberger, Jamie Campbell Bower, Charlie Bewley and Daniel Cudmore are all part of the Volturi clan.

Take a look at this latest clip which sees Bella come face to face with then in Italy and Edward’s desperate attempts to save her.

But just a little question did this fight scene happen in the book I can’t remember?

New Moon Posters

There are only eight more weeks to wait before the latest instalment of theTwilight Saga hits the big screen.

Yes Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewert, Taylor Lautner and co will all be back in New Moon on 20th November, excitement is already at fever pitch.

Bella Swan delves deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she yearns to become part of, only to find herself in greater peril than ever before.

The third movie in the series, Eclipse, is already being filmed and is expected to be in cinemas next summer.

Introducing Jacob Black Trailer

The release of New Moon is creeping ever closer and it’s time to take a look at the character of Jacob Black.

Taylour Lautner returns to the role of Black in the second film in the Twilight Saga in a much bigger role.

When Bella is left heartboken when Edward, her vampire lover, leaves her she turns to friend Jacob Black for support.

But Jacob is hiding a secret of his own that may make Bella choose between him and Edward.

Ok so we teased you with some early stills from the New Moon, the second movie in the Twilight saga, as well as an early trailer as excitement around the movie continues to build.

Despite not being released until the end of the year the army of teen fans, mainly of Robert Pattinson let’s face it, are already waiting anxiously for it’s release.

First New Moon Trailer

Ok so twilight may have dominated the MTV Awards the other evening but Robert Pattinson fans get a load of this the very first trailer for the lastest instalment in the franchise New Moon.

Yes the trailer is here super early, it’s expected to hit cinemas at the end of the year, and it looks mega exciting.
