| lol i'm no woman, but i can guess that your so anxious your forgetting to send the blood from the brain to the penis. calm down, flex it up, and give her a go! hell, if it helps, fantasize about something else, seems that it's worked for you up to that point. Any foreplay there? too much, too little? perhaps you just don't become arroused as quickly as you want to and it's stopping all processes. someone else help him out, i'm running out of things to say! |

| The problem is simple, but the solution is not. Erections are an "automatic", non-conscious response to sexual arousal, but if you become self-conscious of your state of arousal you are not aroused. This catch-22 situation, once it starts, is hard to stop. Sex therapists specialize in treating this and (I assume) they are effective (or how else could they stay in business?). |

Not always.Erections happen without being aroused, too.
Anyway, what a problem you have there. One thing that comes to mind is,an understanding girl would be helpful in your situation. If you could find a girl who doesn't fret when confronted with your situation,a girl who maybe is also sexually secure (doesn't mean she has had to have a lot of partners),would be optimal.
You could both explore together and find ways of making you … feel at ease !
I think your best bet would be a girl who actually cares for you. |

| Perhaps you could try leaving the porn alone for a while? Porn can dull the senses after a time. |
