I always drive barefoot as I hate wearing shoes and can feel the pedals better with bare feet. - My mate says it's against the law though - Does anyone know if this is true ? Does anyone else here drive with bare feet ? |

| Not sure whether it's illegal to drive barefoot or not, but it's not a good idea. Unlikely as it may be, if you were to get a small sharp stone underneath your foot while having to brake hard then the pain in your foot may cause you to take your foot off the brake and you may hit something. It'd feel like standing on a sharp stone, only worse as you exert a lot more force on the brake pedal than your body does due to gravity, if that makes any sense. |

| I wouldnt drive barefoot as I'd imagine it would hurt? Plus I dont think my feet have the same power to brake hard when I dont have shoes on. Its just comfier to have footwear on I think |
