| i had a dream the other night that i was asleep on my settee and then i woke up to a man standing over me with a hammer!!! what realy shocked me was that it happened in my house where i used to live in yorkshire, but it didnt happen to me, it was my cousin who was visiting us for new year, any idea's what this might mean????? |

we had proper security, but because it was new year and everyone was sh*tfaced we left the door unlocked!!!  |

| she screamed and then my brother came to the rescue, the bloke with the hammer was wanted and is now serving an 8 year sentance!!! |

thanx sarahgirl but that was the least of my worrys when i was growin up, i didnt find it 2 traumatic because it wasnt the kind of thing that was unusual.....that probebly makes no sense at all, its a very long story,  |

Sorry to disagree - but the fact that you are dreaming about it now means that you remembered it in some detail - ok traumatic might be too strong, but clearly it made an imact on you at an unconscious level, even if you were not aware of that at the time!  |
