Well, yes, it is or may be childish to want to humiliate a man for his small penis. It may be even more childish for a woman to actually derive pleasure from this kind of activity.
But, with all respect, the question was not whether such an activity was childish. The question was: do some women derive pleasure from ?

Have you seen how many times this subject has been brought up? With certain former members continuously bringing up penis size and tit size threads for no other reason than to stir up trouble, I don't care what the original question is, or what context in it was.
