What's wrong with replica Designer Handbags?

I dont' know about you guys but I love designer handbags, I just can't afford them. I found a website thats sells replicas and I was amazed at how much they look like the real thing, so I bought a lovely Balenciaga bag which retails for about £820 I got it for £150 and it looks just like the real Balenciaga, people can't even tell the difference until I tell them. I had a chic tell me that it was wrong to buy replicas. Why? I,m not rich and I can't afford to pay for a £820 bag I would rather buy a fake bag that looks just as good for a more affordable price than spend all my money on a real bag and not be able to pay my bills. Hell if bought a real bag I would be hungry and homless for £820. Am I really wrong for wanting to look good for less
