Disturbing dream

I had a bit of a dodgy dream the other night and it's really disturbing me . I dreamt that I went into town on a night out and met my ex, and he took me home with him for sex . We were driving back to his house, but we weren't going the way he goes, we were going to the town my new boyfriend lives and I said 'I didn't know you lived here' and he said he always had. Anyway when we were driving through the town I was hiding just in case anyone who knew my new boyfriend saw me. When we got out of the car he looked old- like 60 odd and I was really shocked. I still went to bed with him because I felt guilty about turning him down just because he looked old, but we didn't do anything because I stopped it because he looked so old. I then realised he was my ex, but there was two versions of him and this was the old one, the other was at home where I remembered that he lived with his new girlfriend, but they we're still the same person :S

Does anyone know what this means? The whole day after dreaming this I was quite upset
