The counselors tell them that rape is ALL about power for the man and that she was just the unlucky one. And that he was not sexually motivated.
The couselors will not mention... "A Federal Commission on Crime of Violence Study found that only
4.4% of all reported rapes involved provocative behavior on the part
of the victim."
Because if they say that it opens the door on the possibility that the victim may have played a part in her being targeted.
It's an irony that women do not want to face.
The sexual cues and messages they send out about their sexuality to attract Mr Right also attracts Mr Wrong! |
