I say that we should be much more worried about the 96.6%. As for the 4.4%, even then, you have to consider factors like the guy getting drunk, the women being in the wrong place at the wrong time, etc. I just don't think you can pinpoint it to immodest dressing.

BTW, what IS it that the "rape counselors" say to rape victims?

The counselors tell them that rape is ALL about power for the man and that she was just the unlucky one. And that he was not sexually motivated.

The couselors will not mention... "A Federal Commission on Crime of Violence Study found that only
4.4% of all reported rapes involved provocative behavior on the part
of the victim."

Because if they say that it opens the door on the possibility that the victim may have played a part in her being targeted.

It's an irony that women do not want to face.
The sexual cues and messages they send out about their sexuality to attract Mr Right also attracts Mr Wrong!

Back to the original topic.

What's it cost for the whole night with a quality whore at the Mustang Ranch?
Two thousand US Dollars?

I think for equal value of theft (say you stole a watch of that value) you should serve the same amount of jail time.
And if it's your first offense you get let off with warning that next time you will go to jail.

That sound JUST to you ladies?

I was actually going for the cheap laugh on the beaver reference as it relates to rape. I guess it really is in the delivery! I'll work on it! Laughing
