I recently had a somewhat embarrassing moment. A nice old man in my apartment complex offered to take me to work in his pickup truck because my car was in the shop. So he shows up to my place and all of a sudden this little boy of about 9 years old or so leaps out of the passenger seat, motioning me into the middle!! Exclamation Now, I'm used to sitting in the middle, but keep in mind what I'm wearing: 4 inch high heeled sandals, a snug pink blouse and a tight grey skirt. So I had to be "helped" into the middle seat, which was very cramped to say the least. What is it with little boys? He was cute, but I bit on the "handsy" side. I think he also caught a peek of my stockings tops when I stepped up into the cab, because he seemed enamored with my legs when I crossed them tightly, placing his hand on my thigh intermittently. As uncomfortable as I was with his arm around me as well, I marvelled at the loose fitting baggy pants he had on, as well as the driver. That was this mischievous boy's rationale as to why I was to sit there- I was the only one wearing a skirt!! I guess I sort of walked into this situation- needless to say I got a ride home from a friend. Should I have had to sit in the middle seat? Would it not have appeared strange if I sat near the window? Thanks...

What would you like advice or sympathy, my Dad would say - if you do't get them going to school you won't get them coming home!!

You should have turned down the ride when you learned of the arrangement.
