My husband and I have lived with each other for 6 years and just out of the blue he has started to sleep walk, in the beginning I thought he was just kidding but still after 12 months hes still doing it, why would anyone start to sleep walk |

| It can be related to stress. Sometimes something that has happened can just trigger it. |

Nope that is just a myth. The only thing you have got to be careful of is not to make the jump to much it is never nice to be made jump.
O yeah and don't wake them up when they are stood at the top of the stairs. |

Surely it can't be too good for them, to jump out of there sleep like that. |

Yeah but it is better than them falling down the stairs and hurting themselves. Or deciding to take a leak in your airing cupboard.
You got to remember they are asleep so they don't actually really know where they are walking and could easily hurt themselves. So it has got to be better to wake them up. |

| Well I didnt like to say this before but he is starting to have a wee in different places as if he is totally disoriantated he has stood at the side of the bed my side and peed on my back, he gone in the wardrobe and in the corner of the room. I just hope he doesnt get to read this board as he would be mortified, but I do need help on how to sort it out. I dont think he is stressed but this is making him and me his jobs secure out lives are good I am really concerned |
