hi everyone
me and my partner have decided to try for a baby and i was just woundering if there was anything i should be doing to increase the chances and to make sure im fit and well enough!
any comments would be appreciated, thanks

First things first....RELAX!!! It is never too early to start taking Folic Acid (from any pharmacist/health food shop) and just have loads and loads of sex!!! make it fun, and don't get stuck into the "I'm ovulating....we need to have sex routine!" Rolling Eyes (I'm a fine one to talk!)
