hi everyone
me and my partner have decided to try for a baby and i was just woundering if there was anything i should be doing to increase the chances and to make sure im fit and well enough!
any comments would be appreciated, thanks |

First things first....RELAX!!! It is never too early to start taking Folic Acid (from any pharmacist/health food shop) and just have loads and loads of sex!!! make it fun, and don't get stuck into the "I'm ovulating....we need to have sex routine!"  (I'm a fine one to talk!)
