Worried!

Hi, firstly this is a little strange for me to share this with people I have never even met, but Im so worried and afraid of telling people close to me. Im sorry in advance for all the dates and detail I get into... but I just really don't know what is going on with my body right now.

I've been on the pill since the 1st of March, and am now two days into my seven day break... no bleeding yet. What Im worried about is if I was pregnant before I started taking it... The incident that worries me happened on the 6/7/8th of Feburary, I can't remember exactly. For about two seconds or a bit longer my boyfriend was inside me without a condom... he didnt ejaculate but I know its still possible to get pregnant from this
I got my period on the 13th and it was a relief at the time... but looking at the dates again I think it is still possible that I could have got pregnant from this. I had a little spotting the day before I started the pill (the 28th) which Im now worried was implantation bleeding.

I know it may sound like im jumping to conclusions on this... but ever since starting the pill I've had nausea, a few mood swings and really runny discharge. A little graphic, im sorry... but I don't know if these were signs of pregnancy or just side effects of the pill.

I usually get cramps a week before my period, and did so the week leading up to and including when I was supposed to have my period. These have trailed off now and I only get them occasionally, but again, is this a sign of pregnancy?

And I know the simple answer to this is just to take a test, and beleive me as soon as I can get an appointment at the doctors or the pharmacy opens after the bank holiday I will... I just was looking for some advice. Is this just me reading too much into this?
