What top tips do you have for firming up the face muscles?
I have been trying face exercises, and am now considering purchasing the Tua Viso electro facial muscle thingy?!
Has anyone tried the Tua Viso? Did it work well?

I need to lift my sagging jowls. I want to go form this Sad to this Smile !

Both electrostimulation and facial exercises can be very successful for lifting facial muscles if performed regularly. You might also want to consider doing something for your skin, as sagging is usually partly due to loss of skin elasticity. Vitamin C serum (you can make your own), copper peptides, essential oils, and oxygen lamps are all great for restoring skin elasticity, especially used together with daily exfoliation (skin brushing, acids, microdermabrasion).

Wow! That's quite a list of suggestions, Thank You. Smile

I have heard about Vitamin C serum being beneficial, but not sure how to make my own.
I'll have to do some research and find out more about all of theses ideas.
Thanks again.
