I think many women have developed a habit of holding their pee without feeling aroused, or it is just a pleasurable sensation which they just enjoy, more or less in a non-conscious way. A habit just to wait until it becomes really uncomfortable, then running to the loo because it has become urgent. I do not know how common it is to really enjoy the growing need, fidgeting and all, the growing risk to let go some in one's clothes. Anyway, this (auto)erotic thrill is very different from what I said first.

My bladder has been tested to 6g when very, very full - more pain but no leakage! I've known a few wettings by adults. 2 male, 2 female. Male ones were in a car after a few beers and me being cruel and seducing a bloke I knew was bursting. The female ones were part way up a 10 hour winter ice climb when she made a decision to pee cos of the pain (impossible to get your bum out in those circumstances) and a friend who wet herself partly between the aeroplane and the toilet after a long trip.

I guess that's just what I figured is that at some point most girls get into a situation whre you just can't go. Not that everyone of them has total lose of control but a good leak. Though I think if you are just drinking water it is easier to hold. I have read the caffine has a chemical in it that causes you to be able to hold let.

I hold on purpose and have leaked before sometimes significanly so it is partially on purpose I guess. My goal isn't to wet its just to see how long i can go and how close I can get without losing control.

Have you ever lost control? i.e. more than significant leakage?

Do you go into the danger/leakage zone in public, so that if you do wet or leak people would know?

Do you wear any clothing that's difficult to get out of in a hurry, e.g. a leotard with no button/snap closed crotch?
