I find as a guy, that to hold my pee if im desperate but i cant go anyplace, that if i can get hard, then the urge somewhat dissipates until im not hard anymore, so staying hard is my solution, not sure if any other guys find this. Obviously in some places i cant just summon a hard on, in that case i just sort of tease myself, so it gets hard, without touching anything with my hands etc... hmmm Embarassed

well why it must happen, is i think is like you know they say to have a brilliant climax for a guy or gal, you take youself to the point of climax, then let go and stop, then do it repeatedly for about 2 or 3 times dependnig, then when you do finally cum, you cum real good.

Well i think for me personally it works the same way especially if i need to pee. I can hold it with erection, and its like something switches inside, and the pee is ignored and all the other hormones kick in... not sure if that makes sense, but thats the gist of it from someone who is not medicinally techinical. No, i can pee when im really excited, i.e. hard. Just dont by habit and for other obvious reasons. But i have pee'd like that before. Just that i cum when im excited, but if i do the above because i want to pee, then obviously i wont cum, ill end up peeing, it just holds it for that time being... which helps immensly....

It also hurts if i pee when im excited, like a burning sensation, but subsides a little while after...

yep, the pluming is different m to f,
