Masterbation Help!

I need masterbation tips/technics! I have no way to get a di*do or vibrator. I need to find ways with house hold items, But they can't be too loud. I use the electronic toothbrush<3, brush, and have tried the foset, but i'm getting bored. It just isn't doin it for me anymore! =(

*Problem - I share a room with my kid sister so it really can't be loud, because if she hears it.. I'm skrewed!
