Hello!!
I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me!
I have been on the cerazette now for about 18mths and throughout this time have suffered sustained bleeding for weeks at a time and very little time off inbetween. Thankfully its never heavy but it is uncomfortable and naturally extremely frustrating! When first taking this pill I was a hormonal wreck, very anxious and paranoid for the first month or so but that subsided after a while.
I have been back to the doctors several times about the bleeding but I was told to persist as it takes time for your body to settle and theres no guarentee another pill would be better, in fact it could be worse. I am now at a point where I am going on holiday next week and am not looking forward to potentially bleeding the entire time and its really getting me down. I am keen to consider another pill but am scared that things could get worse! i was wondering if anyone had experienced similar on cerazette and had any advise on an alternative pill? I did try the combined pill many years ago and had a very bad time on it so think that POPs are probably best for me?!
Any help / advice would be gratefull received!
