Im an Avon rep, and usually when you dont recieve it, its because it wasnt ordered on the form.
Even when its free the customer has to put the order code on the form.

If you did order it, it is more than likely they were out of stock, but you should phone customer services/ or your rep should.

And you will get either samples as a sort of appology or somthing simmilar of equal or higher value..

IVE DISCOVERD THAT IF U GO TO THE BOTTEM OF THE PAGE AN GET THE WHOLE WEB ADDRESS AN TYPE IT IN THAT U GET SOME WERE INSTEAD OF CLIKIN ON THE LINK CUZ THE LINK WOULDNT WORK ON MY LAPTOP SO I TYPED IN www.avon.uk.com/PRSuite/info/contact.jsp an ask for free samples Smile

wen i tried the other day i had an email back saying that all the free samples have gone an there was a limited period of to to get them an it had passed . has eny one else had this or something simaler ?
