my parents complain way entirely to much!

Hi my name is Alyson. My mom always complains about every little thing that goes on at our house. And when I say I will she say "you always say you will and you never do it....that is something you say so you don't have to do it" and then she trys to mput theguilt trip on you if you do something. I have a little brother that is 9 and I have two older brothers. They both would get in trouble all the time. They both dropped out. One is in college, and the other one is getting married and having baby. They always tell me that I am the most ungreatful and and selfish person they have ever met. And It sometimes hurts because my little brother is worst then I am. He calls my mom a bitch and other names like that, and my mom will put in him in "time-out" for like 10 mins. I just don't think my mom and dad are being very fair with the way the punish me adn my little brother. They think that I might turn out like my two older brothers. becasue I have done similr things they did to get in trouble. so they always keep me in the house. Please help to try and tell my mom the way I feel!!
