| thats not what i meant. those were ugly when they were made. those are completely stock cars. i meant cars that have actually had something done to them, the 'ricey' cars that are out there. |

what the term "rice" means- basically thinking your car is the fastest car EVAR... putting gay stickers (i.e. APC, NOPI) on your car, making the car "faster". adding fart cannons to make their car sound "cool" and or "faster" aluminum wings, body kits, to cars (i.e. honda civics, domestics) that make them look "faster". pple who have these kinds of cars don't have the right understanding of what fast means. the worst thing is, these cars are totally stock, and they ruin the cars with all this crap they put their money into.. that doesnt even make the car fast at all.. it takes a turbo to do that.. or even two.. but some may disagree.
0-60 in 12 seconds, is not fast.. no matter how "Fast" you may think your car may be.. |

lex that last car is a DUDE car!!! how can you insult you why why you desearve locking up, i've not got any pictures but i did see a yellow VW golf with a spoiler on the back and it just made me laugh  (he was playing music dead loud as well god it was so funny) |

Don't talk s*it about stuff you have no idea about... For the mentally handicapped, rice means...

Yes, some people do put a lot of stuff on their cars, and it usually ends up looking really cool. So what if it isn't fast, thats not the point half the time. Power costs money, and I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend $1,000 on say a bodykit and paint matching, then spend around $2,700 for a GOOD turbo/intercooler kit. I do agree though, most of the pics posted here do look completely ridiculous. I'm modding my 05 Cavalier, but I'm not being cheap about it. Putting on a nice body kit, getting a CAI, new exhaust system, eventually a turbo kit in the long run. The only "ricer" people I can't stand are the guys who have a Nissan Altima or something, yet have tons of stickers that say "Greddy", or even "Honda Racing" when Nissan has nothing to do with them!!! Or the people that have stickers of performance like "NOS", "HKS" etc when you can clearly see/hear that there is nothing performance-wise done to the car.
Even some of you have to agree that some of the modded cars out there do look pretty cool. Its not always about whats under the hood. For me, I couldn't really care less about whats under the hood, I just like displaying creativity. |
