Oops, forgot about this thread
I think I'm okay with it, I'd just installed Dreamweaver, Fireworks MX and Freehand10 and wasn't sure how to use it with those but purely by luck I managed to do the export just fine |

Hum,
Dreamweaver is fairly straightforward in designer mode.
Best to learn how to hand code with a text editor to save the day (it's not that great)
I mostly just use notepad.
My tip is to test your web pages on as many browsers as possible, and play around with the various buttons and options to get a feel for the limitations and strengths of the program.
Don't bother with fireworks, its badly laid out and not as powerful as other pain(t)packages (i use photoshop)
Check out my website (type Blobrana in google) for loads of weird web styles. |

ignore this twit's advice and let the amatuers roll (proof: take a gander at their website, its total amateur and horribly designed, no sense of style or content control-"you can teach the tools, but you cant teach taste")....take a professional tip from a professional....Fireworks is one of the best integrated cross platform applications around...it is comparible to Photoshop, but hasnt all the features and plug-in capability as Photoshop...the use of the two are suggested...but firworks by itself can render you great graphics, image and total dynamic space in its own.
Dreamweaver stands alone...there is no other application that even compares...they (macromedia) keep making a perfect product better.
feel free to look at my site: http://www.project6.com/
all made with fireworks, flash and dreamweaver. |

Hum,
I just found that fireworks didn`t suit my style.
i`m not a professional webdesigner.
And from an amateurs point of view it didn`t seem that intuitive.
Sweeswee of course may find it more to her liking...
As for Deamweaver, i have no complaints, it is a good package.
As for my site `being total amateur and horribly designed, no sense of style or content control` i would say that it is amateur and to my own individual style to work for one particular brand of computer.
If i were selling something and wanted a professional look then i would cut and paste code from a template, or pay someone to do it, and have an equally boring pastel site like yours.
Any fool can rip a page...
Unless i picked it up wrong it seems a bit unprofessional to call a potential customer a twit.
My tip for you is to watch what you say on public forums.
Your site `www.project6.com/` may be googled with `bad customer relations`...
BTW, your site doesn`t load up in an Amiga browser... |

FACT: im the professional
FACT: im the expert
FACT: im superior
FACT: you have no design sense
FACT: you cant recognize good content organization and good design.
FACT: I rule. |
