anyone here interested in other esoteric subjects other than horoscopes? such as tarot, crystals, runes, spells etc...
I'd be interested in your views and questions on those areas

great! the first person.....
do you read tarot, or are you interested in learning about these subjects? what's your experience of it all...
personally I am a tarot reader, and run my own site with loads of information, so would love to chat more about any esoteric subjects.. all this astrology is a bit much!! |

Yes I read tarot, but not as a professional. Im also half wiccan/pagan/ and kabbalist. I used to be more into the tools such as runes and spells etc, but now I have realized that I dont even need those things to bring whatever I need into my life, all the power is in my head. But it is fun that way isnt it. May I take a look at your website?. I also work with chakras and lots of energy work, past life regression etc. What about yourself. is tarot the only thing you practice?

Great someone with a like-mind!
I am not wicca, but do practice spells, I also read runes as well as tarot, and work closely with crystals as well. I too tend to work with my mind and especially visualisations rather than traditional ritual spellcraft, I guess I find it quicker and just as powerful, although there is still something to be said for standing out in the moonlight recanting a chant or spell into the night!
Would love to hear your feedback on my site, and feel free to join the forum there too

Yes I agree, standing out in the moonlight is uplifting! Very cool website, and I will join the forum there. How long have you been reading tarot? and what drew you to these practices?

Well I've been interested in everything esoteric since as long as I can remember, my gran used to read palms, and we always had crystals in the house.. I am not claiming to be decended from a psychic, but I guess its not something I had to look for.
anyway about 15 or more years ago I went to a psychic fayre, and a shaman stopped me and gave me a free reading, looking at my aura he suggested I should consider healing, cyrstals and that I would become a wise woman (every reading I've ever had since then the wise woman bit comes out!). I bought my first deck (Hanson Roberts) and just started reading with them, teaching myself intuitively.
After a long time reading for friends I found the Tarot Association of the British Isles, joined them, became endorsed (took two years with training and mentored readings) and here I am!
Next step astrology!
I am also self taught in runes, numerology and crystal divination/healing.
How about you?
Actually, perhaps we should carry this on at the innermoo forum, that way more people will join in!
Anyone else reading this are welcome to pop across too if they are interested in this area (and not just horoscopes!)
take care |
