hello everyone,
I am a first time mommy that is really scared right now about how i should tell my boyfriend. I have only been with him for 3 months. im about 3 weeks pregnant and i know i should tell him but i have not been able to. I am also just scared about everything. what are some things i should not eat and what are things i should eat? I would love to hear anything from anyone on what it is like to be pregnant and things about being pregnat.

dont eat unnatrual processed stuff so problery everything you eat now

take multi vitamins and research nutrtion and exersize if your concerned

just tell him dont think about it just do it

Hi Congrats, Talk to your docter about your current eating plans and ask him/her they will give you the best advice for you and your baby. Avoid alchol, remember what you do is what the baby gets............goood luck

teog, who told you that processed food is to be avoided during pregnancy?

allie05 - Don't eat soft cheeses, liver, alcohol, caffine, raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs (mirangue (sp) mayonase etc..)

If you smoke try to stop or at least cut down loads.

Do not take multi vitimans at all!!!!! Too much vitiman A is very bad for baby, its body can't handle it (which is why liver is to be avoided). Take folic acid for the first 15 weeks of pregnancy too.
