using hyperlinks in post

How do u link a picture to text on here, I'm useless with things like that, thanks in advance

Click the 1 button, then paste your picture url, then click the 1 button again, then you get something like this:

no still don't get it , what do u mean click 1 , do u mean insert the number 1 I can insert a link to a picture but how do u change the text to show something else.....................I'm lost
