Trying for a baby

Me and my partner have been having unprotected se for over 12 months now and I am still not pregnant is there anything that improves your chances of falling pregnant or vice vers is there anything that lowers your chances of getting pregnant, we have been having sex every other day for the past 2 months is this the best way to get pregnant, do any of you know of any other interesting sites that maybe be able to give me any advice

HI IVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 8 MONTHS KNOW AND NOTHING. FOR SOME REASON I HAVENT HAD A REGULAR PERIOD, IVE JUST BEN SPOTTING THATS NOT NORMAL FOR ME. WHAT YOULD I DO? WELL ANYWAYS I HEARD THAT IF YOU THINK TOO MUCH ABOUT GETTING PREGNANT THAT CAN CAUSE YOU NOT TO. IF U STRESS ABOUT IT U MIGHT NOT GET PREGNANT THAT FAST. WELL HOPE THIS HELP. PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION WHY AM I SPOTTING AND NOT HAVING MY REGULAR PERIOD ITS USUALLY A LIGHT FLOW? THANKS Laughing

Try to relax, distract yourself, stopp trying and it will happen, it took My Husband and ME 4mos to get pregnant and now we have a beautiful 2month old Girl. Certain things that your eat will and can affect your chances of gettign pregnant. Alcohol, you and or your significant other. Caffine, smoking there are numerous things. My Advice is to try to relax, (I know how hard it is believe me) eat like you are already pregnant, healthy and take lots of Vitmin C drink plenty of water. Oh and Calcium is a biggy too, you will feela whole lot better if you do, babies take a lot of Calcium out of you.

get an ovulation monitor so you know when you are most fertile.It might be time for you to see a specialist if you have been trying for a year without results.

I know how you feel. We have been TTC for 4 months as well and everyy month is a dissapointmant. This month I was sure we did it. I just feel different but it is 4 days before my period and I got a big fat -- on the first response test. I even had some spotting and mild cramping and everyone said oh it must be implantation, well that was 2 days ago and still no sign of a period but no positive result either. Starting to get really discouraged
