Hi all,
I came off the pill two and a half months ago and have had two periods since. Does this mean I am definately ovulating, or is it possible to continue having false bleeds for a while? Before going on the pill my periods used to be quite painful, but neither of my recent periods have been accompanied by any of the usual symptoms.

| Yes, periods suggest your ovulating. If you want to be sure which day you are ovulating, you can buy those ovulation home-kits from the chemist (they are very similiar to pregnancy tests). |
