I know this is an old thread but maybe others still look at it.
Some seem to be able to get pregnant just by looking at a man's body, and others try for years and nothing ever happens.
Years ago when my wife was seemingly unable to get pregnant, we did the following:
1) Have the Dr check the guy's sperm count. Mine was low. He said the best thing to do first was to abstain for a week or two.
If he is a smoker, cut down or quit!
2) Wait until you know she is in her most fertile part of her cycle.
3) After the week or two of waiting, and you're going to "do it", have her lie on her back with her hips/pelvis elevated. At the time of his orgasm she should be spread as far as possible to allow him the deepest penetration, so long as it's not painful (which it would be if he is long enough to hit her cervix).
4) After his prgasm, she should stay in position for 30 minutes to help the sperm travel inwards.
5) I have also since read that it may help if she can have an orgasm soon after he does so her spasms help the sperm travel.
heres how me and the exwife did it, i've given this advise to LOADS of other people and it worked for them.
simply ejaculate inside her first and then make her orgasm, there are organs inside her Vagina that kind of suck the semen into the correct place when a women orgasms.
try it, if it works then great, if not it might be a good idea to have your sperm count measured.

This is true. I heard it off my friend and it worked 4 weeks later I was pregnant. We made sure we came together and i think I got pregnant the first time we tried that.
