The person who started the thread "idiots" did so to inflame tempers by saying marriage is bad and one has to be an "idiot" to get married. I have a psychology background and have determined through his responses in what he writes and doesn't write that he is unemployed, has no post secondary education that would make his comments credible, and is probably on drugs. He doesn't even defend this because he says it's off topic. So for everyone who has a wonderful marriage, I thought I would start this thread to proclaim his lack of credibility. He uses a lot of foul language which is a sign of lower thinking skills, especially when one takes the time to type the words instead of just blurting them out. I think someone knows who he is and, in the other thread, said he had an undescended testicle and was cautious about dating because he thought he might be ridiculed.

I have read the thread and something has him angered. I've seen bad marriages do that before. Once you get burned by someone you care about, it can turn you against marriage. I feel sorry for anyone with that much hostility and ignorance. Ignorance and anger often don't mix well. I wonder if he's tried getting help?

well said. the funny thing is it is like talking to a teenager. a wall. he doesn't seem to take anything in and has no decent argument. instead he defends himself with swear words. it's like an old man which, with bitterness, has regressed to his early teens.

You said it well that it is like talking to a wall, he doesn't take anything in and has no decent argument. No matter what one says, he ignores it and comes back with curse words. He is sad.
Exactly. Anyone who has had a beautiful marriage knows how wonderful they are. And I agree, we should feel sorry for the guy. Apparently he has experienced a lot of pain concerning marriage in some form or another.
The guy who posted "idiots" seems to have bowed out, so we have declared him the loser in the debate and everyone else who has great marriages the winner!!!!

This is one of his latest posts. Is this not disturbing. This was his reaction when someone made a comment that he couldn't logically beat, so he posted this.
