I never ever Dream, those sweet happy dreams.

I have very vivid Nightmares almost every night, My last really bad one, was a few nights ago for 3 nights running I had almost the exact same dream about being Fired.

Its odd because My work position is fairly stable so I dont think its just a fear of that happening, but I always sit up after these dreams and cannot go back to bed for ages.

I also get vivd bad dreams/nightmares every night. I put it down to the fact that I am an anxious person a lot of the time, and always have thoughts buzzing round in my head.

I have nightmares involving graphic murders, and just general bad things such as my boyfriend leaving me for someone else, or me catching him with someone else (which has never happened, we are very happy).

My boyfriend says that dreams mean the opposite of real life, I think just to try and reassure me!!

Although, luckily, I do get back to sleep after a nightmare quite quickly so thats something.

i think alot of the time nightmares are just things that your mind cannot get to grips with or solve, such as greiving, stress, bad relationships etc try to work out what causes your nightmare, i rarely have good dreams either, im too stressed most of the time Rolling Eyes
