What makes a celeb, or anybody else, a "gay icon"?
Judy Garland was a gay icon - I wasn't aware she was gay at all. And Kylie is a well known gay icon and she's straight.
How can straight people be gay icons?

i think its more about the person they come across as being, and the values they appear to hold rather than how gay they are??

i don't know, i might be completely wrong

I dont know just hard to get my head around someone straight who is a gay icon you know what i mean
