Baby dreams

A few weeks ago I dreamt I was sat on my sofa with a baby boy.. My baby boy! I was pretty shocked at that as I'm only 18 and I really don't want a baby (at least I dont think I do!)
Anyway, last night I dreamt that me and my boyfriend were driving to somewhere going on holiday, when the family planning clinic called and said 'Hi, this is the family planning clinic, we understand you did a pregnancy test last week which was negative, I'm sorry we were wrong it was positive, your pregnant'. I hung up in shock and got him to drive me there, when I decided I would have an abortion, so they rung the clinic to arrange an appointment. A few hours later I had a voicemail saying they had no free appointments, and I would have to go somewhere else. I rung every single abortion clinic in the country and they didn't have an appointment so I had to have the baby that I didnt want.

Does anyone know what thats trying to tell me?

This dream has several interpretations:

1) You are hiding your vulnerabilities. You do not want to let others know of your weaknesses.

2) You are hindering and blocking your own growth.

3) The dream is a reflection of your own real-life abortion.

4) The dream is a reflection of you own fear of getting pregnant.
