There are several categories where ad hominem is not fallacious according to Walton. In fact many, if not all, logical fallacies have situations in which they are not fallacious.

An ad hominem attack can be used to dispute an argument by someone if you can prove they are bigoted and therefore any information they provide is biased beyond pale by the bigotry. Also of course an argument requires give and take and critical thinking. A bigot can't do either.

Arguing from ignorance for instance is not fallacious when you consider that OSHA would not exist if there weren't a strong logical argument that bad work conditions might cause injury, even if we don't know what the injury is or might be.

Exactly. What was your point? Bigoted person has all the attributes of a bigoted person. That's the first rule of formal logic. It's also a non-fallacious ad hominem when the bigotry is relevant to the argument.

it's certainly a post with trollsome undertones, but if you've ever had the experience of a complete stranger aasking you to give him oral sex, you can't help but speculate as to whether any sort of societal influence gave him the idea it was ok to do that.

as for women not caring about men sexually, yes, it's way to general a statement to be capable of being proved true or false... remember reading about one man who was devastated by his impotence. he suggested spending £3000 on an operation to correct it. when his wife laughed and said it would be a waste of money, the fact that she was indifferent to their sex life upset him even more.

She dislikes men in general and the sick and depraved individuals she "councillors" specifically. If the best she (or he) can do to explain their position on rape and violence against women is this silly rant about killing people by lethal injection and something about lubricating rape victims, then whom ever the poster is should find a job other than "councillor". They are clearly unfit to "councill" anything, but it is typical of socialized medical care I suppose.
