I use eTrust Internet Security Suite. It's made by Computer Associates and is used by many big companies to secure their networks and internet access. It's brilliant. The
only downfall is I can't seem to find a way to get it to tell me there is an update. I does all updates automatically, but often does them in the background which slows things down at times which makes me panic into thinking I've got spyware running. Upon rebooting the PC, it then tells me it's doing an update, but I can't pause it. It's pretty quick with the updates though and it's very secure.
I did a big post all about spyware removers a few threads down. It's this thread here: http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?t=110427
Good luck
