cup dream.

I'm real confused with my dream i just had, could someone help me know what it means?

i broke a cup.. but it felt dramatic (i could even feel it like emotionally being dramatic, i felt sad and stuff) and it was slowly breaking inside my
hands, my hands were getting wet and i couldn't stop it from breaking

I wouldn't say inadequate - more like out of control. Maybe there's a situation you feel is out of your hands. You want some say in what happens, but you've come to realize that you're virtually helpless as far as this goes.
