I had this horrible dream that my mum died. It was a morning before school and we had an arguement and so I walked off in a huff and she walked in a different direction, then this guy came out of nowhere and shot her and she fell dead. I ran after her and she wouldnt wake up. I didn't know what to do. I woke up crying.

Then the next night I had a similar dream and this time she was alive and she was walking away and I kept calling her and she wouldn't answer she just kept walking, I ran up to her and was calling but she wouldn't answer me. When I caught up to her I asked her why she isn't talking to me and she turned around and said because she hates me. I was horrified by this and woke up crying again.

What do these dreams mean I am so scared.

What is your relationship with your mother like?

In your first dream, you have a fight with her one minute and the next she's dead. This might be symbolic of your taking her for granted. If you live under the assumption that she'll always be there (both in the literal sense of being alive and in the more figurative sense of taking on a caring, protective role over you), you might have trouble realizing the gravity of your interactions with her. Even a small argument has the potential to do more damage to the bond you share than you may think. This interpreteation is further reinforced by your second dream, in which your mother tells you she hates you. While it's unlikely that your mother actually hates you in real life, her saying it in the dream should be viewed as a reminder that no love is truly and purely unconditional. Again, not meant to suggest that your mother really feels hatred toward you. Just that you shouldn't take her or her love for granted because both could potentially be taken away from you at any time.
