And yet in the USA alone 1,800+ rapes happen every day.
And as long as the feminist's place all the blame on the man... that number will never go down!

Ever think that's what the courts/jury's are subcinsciously telling the feminists' when they give so many mild punishments to the rapist?

There is no denying that the laws should be stronger, I mean here Rappist hardly serve a sentance, but I still believe it human weakness. Almost every human being know its is wrong yet some choose to ignore what they know. I can understand say a thief who steals food because they are hungry, I cannot understand a person who rappes because they feel the urge.

Do you know what, Im bored I actually dont give...
You make no sense you say Rape is okay because the society one lives in is why people Rape.
But Homosexuality is wrong ?

Fine Rape who you please, You have been hurt in your life and you cannot accept the abuse you have suffered, come to terms with it and seek help before you harm yourself or someone around you.

I know, I come across saying rape is ok.
But that's not what I am trying to say.
What I am trying to say is that societies disdain for morals makes a void that let's rape become a lessor crime.

Let's face it.
If society had strong morals and women acted less like whores rape would be much more hanus in the eyes of society as a whole.
Courts/and juries would make sentencing more stiff.
But as it is courts and juries don't because they have no moral backbone to make them give a damn.

It's a slippery slope, putting all the burden of rape on a woman. Soon we'll be going back to the old days where when a woman gets raped, the first thing people do is question did the woman tempt the man in anyway. And god forbid if she even looked in his direction, then she asked for it.

anybody with any common sense is going to say B if faced with only those choices.

but that's hardly what you're arguing for. You're not talking about women acting sensibly when they go out, you were getting all worked up over a girl wearing a tank top and shorts at Home Depot, buying a friggin' drill or something.

True...
But that's because some women get all worked up when they get told that thier sexuality play's a part in what makes them a target.
All I am doing is emulating their ferver!

well, their sexuality gets them attention from other people, if that's what you're talking about. (or at least, it's ONE of the things that will bring them attention)

However, I don't think that's the most important factor a rapist looks for when selecting his targets. Do not forget, to ask a woman to not draw attention to herself is also in a way to tell her to not be a part of society, and to close herself off from the world. That's the reason why most feminist will have issues with that argument. Where does it all end? Are we still going to blame women for lack of sensibility if she so much as glances in a man's direction?

I'll admit that's kind of an extreme example, but not so long ago, it's not really that much of a stretch to hear that justification for rapists.

How anyone can even go into this with drinker is beyond me. You're totally feeding (albeit not on purpose) his narsisistic ego. He's a total muppet and doesnt deserve even the slightest bit of a attention around his incomprehinsible views of such a sensitive subject.

Personally i think he should be 'totally' ignored Cussing

"Explain? ok... "Sex is just sex" is the devaluing of something that is personal and loving.
it becomes just an act that means nothing.
Ergo... How can you punish a man severely for something that has no value!
Take for instance stealing. We all know it's wrong. But do you cut off his hand for stealing a pencil? No. That would not be a just punishment that fit the crime.
Same now goes for rape.
Women are the ones that ultimately dictate the value of sex.
You cheapen it... you make the punishment for taking it lessor!
Get that?

Feminazi women get to weild a double edged sword.
Feminazi's cut the value of sex (and themselves) in half and with that same swipe of the blade cut off the ability to make rape a hanus crime worthy of a fitting punishment.

All because of the word "Justice".
Sex is just sex.
sex is nothing
Justice, then, by definition, applies only the Just punishment fitting of the value of the crime.

Justice
jus·tice (jŭs'tĭs)
n.
The quality of being just; fairness.
The principle of moral rightness; equity.

Did i get my point across or did i make a bigger mess of it with my excessive editing and additions?"

I think you said it perfectly right here: "Justice, then, by definition, applies only the Just punishment fitting of the value of the crime." Why does sex have to be "personal and loving" in order for the punishment to fit the crime? It doesn't matter what sex is "reduced" to, the BL is that the man brutally attacked an innocent women and sometimes even killed her.

I don't like the view of "topic of gossip," but she made a great point in one of her arguments that I'm now going to use: try telling the women in Darfur that they are reducing sex to a mere act.

I believe that we live in a world where misandry is abundant, but in this case, I HAVE to put all the blame on the man. A woman can't control a mans actions.

She has a point where the value of a woman is higher than the rest of the western world.
It's not applicable in the world we live in.
