Is it just me or does anyone else experience this?

When I'm dozing off to sleep, sometimes [not all of the time] I will "trip over something" in a dream (although I am not properly asleep) and it will wake me up instantly feeling quite panicked.

Just wondering if it's just me or whether anyone else does this!?

Yeah I've had those experiences. It's a very strange feeling. I sometimes have them a couple of times before finally getting to sleep.

I sometimes do that, wake up and feel like I've fallen over lol
