there is this guy i know, hes a friend of my sis, hes not very tall, bald and looks a bit like that tory politician (cant remember his name) and then they are all out in a group he thinks all the girls want him  he even told my sis he thought i was after him!!!!!!!! as if |

I think that's called "inflated ego", in combination with a seriously deflated overly-active get-none libido...
