Every vagina is different, so there's no set definition of tightness or capacity, and it only becomes an issue if it affects your sex life, i.e. your man isn't touching the sides so much!
You can do pelvic exercises, known as kegels, where you basically clench your vaginal muscles, hold, release and repeat as necessary. Easy and discreet - i've done mine on the bus, in the library, most places where I'm bored! |
