history: i have had one succseful pregancy now 5 year old boy. i also have a bicornis uterues which means it heart shape often said to be two horns and in my last pregancy i still had to use contrecaption and still had a period most months and i often spotted, been trying for the last 18 months and had two operation to move a bowl that was obstructing my fallopian tube.

i found out i was pregant on the 4th of december and was only two wks at the most. everything was fine and then on christmas eve i started to spot baby was fine, the second big spot was newyears eve at 7.3 weeks i then went back for a scan new years day and we seen the baby but there was a blood clot the same size as the pregancy sac sitting next to it in my left horn. some where between then and thursday the heart stopped beating and i had to have a d and c later that thursday night.

it now 19 day since i miscarried, im five day maybe six day late on my period so we did a pregancy test which has come back positive. i must say im some what confused. me and my partner did have intercourse four days after while i was ovulating again.

would anyone have any advice on this i would be grateful. im going for a scan and a blood test tomorrow. but the scan not going to show anything as pregancy will be to small and i cant see what one blood test is going to show as you are not going to see the hcg rise with just one blood test.

i have been given cyclogest to take the day iget pregant to stop me having period in my other horn to which pregancy is but im not wanting to take it as if im not pregant it will mass all my period up which we have been trying hard to get to every 28 days

Hello - I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a tough time. This is something I don't know much about, but I do know that after a d&c you can still have pregnancy hormones in your body for a while even though you're not pregnant anymore. Might this be the case for you? I think maybe your doctore is going to be the best person to give you some advice; I wish you lots of luck for tomorrow. xxx

just to let you know i went for a scan today and a blood test and they said evrything was clear no left over miscarriage and the only possible thing could be that im pregant at about 2 weeks (4 weeks), the scan would be to early to show anything i have to wait for another two weeks. im now waiting for the blood test result which come back tomorrow and if they come back with hcg then i will have another blood test in two days time to see if it has risen, if it has it means i am pregant. i must admit that i dont feel pregant i no it still early days but at two weeks last time i had got saw breast by now. who knows i no im non the wiser just hoping

Wow! That's great news! I know it's early days but every pregnancy is different and maybe your boobs won't be sore this early this time round. I'll have my fingers crossed for you, I really hope your blood tests come back with the result you want. Good luck! xxx
