asking for the ladies loo

if Im out with a man or travelling in a car Im too shy to tell him I have to wee and need the ladies loo. Instead I just hold on until my bladder is bursting. Anyone else like this, how can I get over it?

Im surprised you can cope withsuch a full bladder without ever wetting your panties. Are you sure you dont secretly enjoy the sensation of needing to wee? If you want to then why not just say you have to wee, the ground will not swolow you up, you just need to keep practicing until the shyness goes away. So every time there is an oppertunity tell him you need the ladies, even if you dont, within 3 months you will be cured. After that it will be tour own choice if you want to let your bladder get so full that you are bursting for a wee. Good luck

Since I no longer wears panties I am more careful with my bladder - else will drip!
