I've just realised that I'm not unusual after all! Some of the posts on here suggest otherwise. Since I was about 12 (32 now) I've enjoyed the challenge of holding my pee for as long as I can...not all the time, but when I'm in the mood. I drink lots of fluids and challenge myslf to wait until a certain time. My bladder bulges out and I get tingly and excited as I control myself. It seems to be good to get through the aching stage when you need a wee but not desperately, to the painful but exciting bit when you have to make an effort to not pee.

This may seem silly, but I've also tried to make myself pee uncontrollably. I hold and hold, the bulge makes me look pregnant, but it is always the intense pain that makes me give up, I never feel in danger of involutarily leaking. Anyone else find that...or is it just me who tries to hold to the absolute limit? Have any of you actually lost control and wet yourself, or is it the pain that makes you give up, and choose to wet yourself to get rid of the pain?

Now I'm off to try and beat my 1600ml record. Anyone else measure, or am I just mad!!

Sarah, I enjoy holding until I'm about to burst. If i lose control by accident then this is even better, as wetting when you trying your hardest to stop is such a great feeling. Sarah you are by no means alone. When I get the chance I will hold until I am unable to stop it coming out. Sometimes it will be a suden flood, but most of the time it is small spirts at regular waves of desperation. If I am somewhere public, then I will hang on as I get wetter, but if I'm at home the I usually give up and let the flood go before I start to leak. As persona-non-grata points out, there are some good sites which cater for this subject which have several thousand members. We're all alone together

Holding within reason to make yourself comfortably horny should be okay. However like all good things, it's not something which should be done to excess.
