Guys, you have to understand Fred is a prototype. It is a computer not a person. The reason "he" won't answer questions about himself is that "he" doesn't exist. It is a program designed to roughly interpret what people are posting and respond with a set of canned responses.
Actually the software is quite good and has clearly fooled a few people, but you can see from analysing the responses that the vocabulary is very limited and the analytical ability is clearly sub-human.
Nevertheless a brave attempt and I commend Fred's creator. |

| I think the last "upgrade" wasn't properly tested and resulted in a pile of spelling and grammatical problems. I also noticed that the responses had become more random, probably an attempt to add pseudo-emotion. |
