OMG girls....have just been laughing so hard at our old posts, and feeling really sentimental, and we have actualy been through loads "together" even though we've never even met!!! How bizarre is that? Seriously...we should get those threads published...what a rollercoaster! I am so going to start printing them out for memories....

I think I have figured out that roughly around the time Ambers produced Alexander, Cheryle was conceiving Niklas (or just had your BFP), and when Cheryle was being induced, I was conceiving this little lump. So when I am in labour, it must be time for another little BFP (ZZZiiiiiiiiiggggggyyyyyyy....where art thou?)

And what is it with the dreams? We really are a bunch of old witches!!! Witch

There must be something in it! Razz

Well....went for pizzas, and to see "Mamma Mia" at the cinema with the girls last night, which was fab! Feeling relaxed, and off for lunch today with a friend I haven't caught up with for ages! Going to see my gorgeous nephew tomorrow, and Friday, have to wait in all day to get changing unit delivered...then the nursery is completely ready, the clothes are washed, and the cot is made...just need a baby. A real lady of leisure! Wink

ODN- I had been thinking exactly the same thing!!! Ziggy, you're next!!!

Ok, I have to share this video clip I made last night of Niklas meeting our cat, Mira.
First: Mira is 8 years old and is very very tempermental. She'll come to you all cuddly and then without warning bite and scratch and attack. Strangers beware!!!
Second: Niklas absolutely LOVES animals and he LOVES pulling hair even more. So an animal with hair is in mortal danger around him.
Third: Niklas and Mira have not yet had direct contact with each other.

I HAD to stop filming to rescue poor Mira. I just could not believe that she kept coming back for more and that she did NOT scratch or bite Niklas at all for pulling around on her like that!! She would NEVER allow any of us to treat her like that!!

aww you really have to watch this with the sound on to appreciate it! I cant believe she is purring like that, cats are so finicky theres no way she would have gone back for more if she didnt like it. Niklas is absolutely adorable!

foolsgold- I really think that's why she allowed him to torment her. She sensed he was a baby and that was just his way of loving her...

TRSGIRL- I know she was purring the whole time!!! That just amazed me that she actually seemed to like it!

Hee hee....that is soooo sweet! I still have visions of being a toddler (must be one of my earliest memories) and my cat had crawled under the cabinet, much to my disgust. I yanked her tail and dragged her out, and she scratched my arm and miaowed so loudly I think I was terrified of her for a week. I must have really hurt her! Confused

My Dad was watching me, and said "we've told you not to pull her tail!" Funny the things you remember.

I laughed so much, Niklas is having a great time, isn't he...he's got a great giggle? And the cat just keeps going back for more! Laughing

BTW...how freakin' hot is it today? I think I may self-combust.....my cars just said it's 34 degrees! Off to find some iced water, methinks!!! Hope you are all good xxxxx

ODN- that's funny about your "cat memory"... hopefully the scratch didn't hurt too much. I really expected Niklas to get scratched and thought he would learn then not to pull on her so much. But I guess she was merciful to him this time... Niklas does look like Mirko. I don't see myself in him at all, except for his eye colour... that he has from me Wink

Hopefully it's not too hot for you today... I know how miserable it is to be pregnant when it's hot (my daughter was born on the 4th of September after a terribly long hot summer...)

Cherye - I loved the vid with Niklas and his cat..so sweet. I haven't had a chance to look at the rest but hopefully if I can get A down to sleep this evening I will pop back on...sleep is a bonus in this house...he just prefers NOT to Rolling Eyes

well feel abit better wednesday morning started feeling twinges and that again so that was a weight off my mind Smile

Really looking forward to a week today cuz i get to find out (hopefully!!) if its a boy or girl i cant believe im 5 months next week Shocked

times flying by i thought it would go slow!

im really looking forward to feeling babas first kicks and that just getting excited about it now!!

3 people felt my belly today and i dont know if i liked it or not Confused

its like they just do it without asking and im like hey!! thats my belly your touching!! guess il just have to get used to it!!

Gahhh.... I've been so hot today! We were all melting in my office. I really do not envy ladies who are heavily pregnant in the summer, so glad that I am having a winter baby! xxx

but lets get this little one out of the way first!

It's not been as bad here today, bit more of a breeze, and it is supposed to be raining over the weekend...think I may be the only person I know looking forward to it!

Nat, I think people just feel they can comment on your weight gain, and touch your belly whenever they feel like it! It upset a lot of women in my antenatal group, but I don't mind it! I just rubbed my friends and colleagues belly's and said "Is this the new way we're greeting each other now?" ...see how they like it! Wink

Ambers...you making the most of time when your beautiful boy is asleep? Think you must have to be so organised!

Well...had our changing unit delivered today (after a three week wait), which we attempted to get up when Mr ODN come in from work...we are so far missing 4 different screws...which really, REALLY annoys me! You know those things that drive you nuts more than anything in the world??? This is my pet hate...I would SO FIRE people for being so unbelievably incompetent. You only have to count for the love of God!!! So the nursery is once again put on hold, and we wanted it all finished for when the in-laws come down tomorrow. Sad

Boo hiss!!!

We have a weekend of more DIY, and trips to the tip to get rid of clutter, and shoving things in the loft. Wild weekend!!! What are you all doing? Hope you have fun, whatever it is!!! Laughing

WOW! 5 months huh Nat? It's going by so fast
ODN-LoL I always ask before I touch a baby bump. I always found it so rude (yet fun in a way) when friends did that to me. Talking about invading privacy I was changing my daughter in a public restroom when we were out one time and an older lady came up and actually tried to pick up my daughter as I was throwing the dirty diaper away. Talk about bringing out the tiger in me..... I'm sure she meant well but in this day you can never be sure.

morning girls!!

well im sure i felt the baby tickling me inside y`day i was just lying down being very still and then it happened, it made me itch abit though and i couldnt even scratch it!!!!

Getting abit nervous now about my scan on friday, my hubby will be there with me this time so that will be nice! hes getting really excited about it now, he keeps talking to my belly saying "i will see you on tv friday, so dont forget to give us a good picture cuz i want to know if your my daughter or my son" Smile

hes praying for a son, id like a daughter but at the end of the day aslong as little baba is healthy and ok then thats all i cud wish for Smile

at work y`day people touched my belly and im getting used to it now, just cant bare this heat at the mo, i normally love the hot weather sunbathing when i get chance but i sat out in it on saturday and i was only in the sun 15mins and baby started moving! it was like it was saying "mum i dont like this its to hot for me" so i came in and it stopped!!

well hopefully we will find out the sex on friday so i will pop on and update you on what im having!! well if we can see it that is?
