. wrote:. wrote:What chart are you referring to? According to the results at the link I posted, http://healthchecksystems.com/bmi.asp , 19-21 is the optimal range. Also, I checked a couple of other sources, and according to both http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmi-related-disease.php and http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm indicates that anything above 18.5 BMI is still in the normal range. I am a male and I have struggled with weight all of my life. I am currently 160 pounds and 5'10", with a BMI of 23. I would like to get down to 155 pounds. I am extremely proud of my wife and my friend for their slender physiques!. wrote:A BMI under 20 is unhealthy. According to the BMI chart.
According to most BMI sites i've visited. Most state under 20 is unhealthy *shrugs*

Good for you. I prefer to be proud of mental capacity and the like.
Of course decent mental capacity is still unatractive when combined with a nasty sarcastic manner...

Good for you! The thing you must remember is you absolutley dont need everyones approval. Be what you are, be what you wanna be. As long as your a good person you will be loved, if not by everybody. But then again no one is loved by everyone. So don't be bothered by nasty people.
