I was just wondering if pregnancy tests are ever wrong? I recently did a test and it came out positive but with a faint line. Could it be wrong in that way or not?

I don't have any money at the moment but have an appointment at the clinic now which should clear things up. Am a bit scared as I am only young. If its positive and I decide to have an abortion how painful will it be? I would only be about 4/5 weeks in.
