First time moustache removal

I'm a 35 yo with dark hair and pale skin. I have a problem with visible dark hair on my upper lip.

Although there is hair all over my top lip, not all of it is dark - the dark bit is like a thin pencil moustache. Although dark, the hair is fairly fine. I've never done anything about removing it before but it's starting to get more noticeable as I get older and I think it's time to act.

The choices seem to be:

bleach it
wax it
laser treatment

To complicate things I have delicate, dry skin - I don't want to bombard it with harsh products that give me skin problems that look worse than the moustache!!

Any ideas?

I am thinking of trying a wax and see what happens , ive used a nair product and i wasnt happy with it.
