My baby will go to school next year.
When can I send her to her first self defence course?
This year, next year or when she is older?
What can you advise me?

Well, I think she should be at least 7 years.
Earlier she doesn't know when to defend her
in what level. It's not too cool if you have to apologize
daily because of her behavior.

You can start her whenever you feel comfortable about it. It's just gymnastics until they are around 7 or so.

If you're looking for her to learn to defend herself, the sifu (instructor) will set you straight that they teach self control, not how to beat people up.

I've been taking martial arts off and on for 30 years.
