this is embarressing but i know no-body knows who i am so id like to ask for some advice if possible
im an 18yr old male & have never considered myself to be anything but dead STRAIGHT, ive never found a male body sexually attractive and would never have a relationship with another guy but recently ive had a fantasy develop about giving oral sex to another guy...
something about it has an effect on me.. (in the good way) and lately its getting so strong as id love to try sucking another guy... i have a girlfriend who i have been with for 2yrs so it will most likely never happen because i would never cheat on her, just the fact that i want to do this freaks me out does this make me bi-sexual? keep in mind i DONT wanna have full on sex with a guy i never would want that...
i dunno whats wrong with me |

Dude...I think you might be bored in your current sexual relationship. That is not to say you can't spice things up and change it.
If you don't find men sexually attractive and want to fall in love with one then I do not think you are gay. I think you might be curious and there could be a reason you are curious (like early exposure to porn, or a bad childhood sexual experience that should have never happened, or over-exposure to modern porn, etc.) You might just have a real lust for sexual pleasure and kink. Don't freak yourself out. You could always see a sex therapist if you are scared or concerned.
Being gay is not just about sex. Gay couples love each other too.
Some people define bisexuals as people who are just utterly kinky and love sexual pleasure. I don't even know how I define a bisexual person myself, but it isn't the end of the world if you are bi.
PS This is advice from a 27 yr old hetero, married female. I had a lesbian experience once and it was fun. I am not a lesbian though and happily married and with my husband for 6 years. Sometimes S*** happens in life and you should just go with it and trust yourself and love yourself no matter what or who you are. |

| Okay, okay, but wanting to give other guys blow jobs? Isn't that stretching the curiosity idea a bit too far? Do you know any straight guys who might fancy that caper? |

Yes actually I have. It turned out that the guy was abused as a child (never told a sole before me) and exposed to porn too early in life. Therapy really helped him a lot and he is very happy with his wife and their new found sex life (that does not include other people or men). |

| Very well, I accept what you say. Child abuse is a dreadful thing and I won't amke any attempt to make light of it. |

| Life if full of curriostities. If it isn't harmful or offensive to others and makes you feel good, try it. Life only goes around one short time, so live it to the extent that makes you happy, especially if you have a like partner who is currious also. Who is someone else to judge your life. Everyone else needs to live theirs. You live yours like you see fit to enjoy it. |

As you learn more about sex and I'd hazard that you are learning alot right now in your current relationship, it's not unusual to have same-sex fantasies.
What feels good for you, what feels good for her, what would be interesting and what wouldn't be interesting. All this information has to be processed.
I wouldn't let them bother you. If you decide to have a homosexual fling, ummm, use a condom. I've never tried it so I can't offer the least amount of advice there. |

I don't think you're gay or bisexual at all- like a couple of people have said, it's apparently not that uncommon for people to go through a spell of having same-sex fantasies.
I've been there myself, and even acted on it once when I was 18- I hadn't been abused as a child, or exposed to too much porn, or anything like that, I just had far too many beers one night with a good friend who happened to be gay.
We were very drunk, got talking about sex, somehow the idea of a mutual masturbation session came up, and we ended up sucking each other off.
I'll admit I enjoyed it, but it was a total one-off- 20 years later, apart from that one night, I've been 100% straight, have a long-term girlfriend, and although I still see my friend from time to time, I've certainly never felt any urge to have sex with him, or any other guy...
Unless the urge to try it gets so strong that you're seriously tempted to cheat on your girlfriend, I don't think you need to worry too much- you sound as if you're already pretty sure it's not a route you want to take, and I suspect a lot of people fantasise about things they'd run a mile from doing in real life |

| That doesn't make you gay. Me and this other guy fooled around once because we were both curious. If you're curious about it, just try it out. And if you find out it's not for you, then fine. It's your life so don't think about what you may or may not be. |
