i heard that theyre thinking of getting rid of it and i dont think they should. i loved it and gained alot of confidence through it. i dont even think it should be shortened to one week. what do other people think?

no i agree with u, i loved my work experince placements i went on a few over the years there was 1 i didnt like but im still glad i did it to get the experince and learn new things, i think actually doing the work that ur studying is better and you learn more then by writting pages and pages of work which ends up getting boring and u dont even take it all in that ur writting.
